Referrals Welcome
Referrals from physicians and other healthcare providers are welcome. Care is delivered per physician protocol when applicable, with patients referred for in-person assessment when clinically indicated.

I provide individualized virtual occupational therapy for hand, wrist, and elbow conditions, with a focus on restoring function, supporting recovery, and returning patients to meaningful daily activities.
Services address a wide range of hand, wrist, and elbow conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation (once cleared), fracture management, tendon and nerve injuries, arthritis-related conditions, and repetitive strain injuries.
About the Therapist
Kara LeSiege, MS, OTR, CHT is a Certified Hand Therapist with nearly 30 years of experience in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, including extensive work in hospital-based hand therapy clinics throughout Greater Boston. She founded the Virtual Upper Extremity Clinic to provide expert, personalized occupational therapy through secure telehealth, allowing patients to receive high-quality care from home.
All services are provided on a fee-for-service (self-pay) basis. Insurance is not billed. Patients may submit receipts to their insurance carrier or HSA independently if eligible.
