Appointments

All appointments are provided via secure virtual visits. Care is offered by appointment only.

Select the option below that best fits your needs. Most patients begin with an evaluation.

If you do not see an appointment time that works for your schedule, limited alternate appointment times may occasionally be available upon request. Please contact us to inquire.

Appointment Types

Hand Therapy Evaluation — 60 minutes| $225

A comprehensive virtual evaluation for hand, wrist, and elbow conditions. This visit includes review of your history and goals, guided movement and functional assessment, and development of a personalized treatment plan with home program and recommendations.

You’ll leave with a clear plan and next steps for your care.

This is the first step for patients beginning care.

Appropriate for new injuries, post-operative cases (once cleared), chronic conditions, and ongoing concerns requiring evaluation and treatment.

Hand Therapy Follow-Up Visit — 45 minutes| $150

Follow-up virtual sessions focus on progression of your individualized treatment plan. Visits include reassessment, progression of exercises, splint guidance as needed, and updates to support continued functional improvement.

Care is adjusted based on your progress and response to treatment, with ongoing guidance to support your goals and daily activities. You’ll continue to build on your progress with clear guidance and next steps.

Free 10-15 Minute Consultation

A complimentary 10–15 minute virtual consultation to briefly discuss your concern, answer general questions, and determine whether virtual therapy may be an appropriate next step. This is not an evaluation or treatment session.

Not Sure Which Appointment to Choose?

Most new patients begin with a comprehensive evaluation. Choose the complimentary consultation only when you are unsure whether virtual care is appropriate for your situation.

Ongoing Care

Patients who would benefit from continued care may choose a discounted four-visit package after the initial evaluation. The package is $550 and must be used within eight weeks.

What to Expect During A Virtual Session

Sessions are designed to be focused, interactive, and practical, with care adjusted based on your progress and goals.
