I provide one-on-one virtual occupational therapy for a wide range of hand, wrist, and elbow conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation (once cleared), stiffness after immobilization, tendon and nerve injuries, arthritis-related conditions, and repetitive strain injuries.
Care may also include splint assessment and education, scar and swelling management, progressive exercise, and ergonomic or activity modification.

Virtual care may be especially helpful when in-person clinic waitlists are long, appointments are difficult to schedule, or early guidance is needed after cast removal or surgery. It can also be beneficial when stiffness or swelling begins before in-person therapy is available, or when work, travel, caregiving, or mobility make in-person visits challenging.
Virtual therapy allows treatment to begin sooner while maintaining high clinical standards.
